SPOT THE OPPS
Spot the Opps is an interactive programme focused on teaching entrepreneurial thinking. It helps participants recognise that their life experiences have given them transferable skills that can be channelled into business, products, or services.
Through games and guided facilitation, they learn how to generate ideas, develop them into business models, and understand the structures of enterprise, from sole trader to CICs and charities.
The programme is designed to build confidence, encourage creativity, and show young people that they already have the foundations to pursue entrepreneurship.

All of our workshops and courses are delivered in safe, inclusive, and trauma-aware environments. Our facilitators are trained to create spaces where participants feel respected, supported, and able to engage at their own pace. We recognise that some topics can be sensitive or bring up strong emotions, so wellbeing is prioritised throughout. Clear boundaries, confidentiality, and signposting to further support are embedded into every session to ensure that participants are not only learning, but also cared for during the process.
