READY TO RISE

Ready to Rise is an employability programme that supports young people in building the confidence, skills, and mindset needed to step into work, training, or education.

It goes beyond standard employability training by blending practical job-seeking tools with personal development, wellbeing, and digital skills — including the use of AI for CV-building, mock interviews, and personalised career planning.

The programme starts with self-discovery and strengths mapping before moving into applied skills like CV writing, interview preparation, and teamwork activities.

Alongside employability, it focuses on resilience, wellbeing, and future-proofing, giving participants strategies to thrive in the modern workplace.

With a mix of workshops, group activities, and personalised support, Ready to Rise helps participants leave with clarity, confidence, and an action plan for their next step.

All of our workshops and courses are delivered in safe, inclusive, and trauma-aware environments. Our facilitators are trained to create spaces where participants feel respected, supported, and able to engage at their own pace. We recognise that some topics can be sensitive or bring up strong emotions, so wellbeing is prioritised throughout. Clear boundaries, confidentiality, and signposting to further support are embedded into every session to ensure that participants are not only learning, but also cared for during the process.
