CRCC (Conflict Resolution & Courageous Conversations)

Conflict Resolution & Critical Conversations (CRCC) is designed to give participants the confidence and tools to handle disagreements and difficult dialogue constructively.

Conflict is part of everyday life, but without the right skills, it can escalate, damage relationships, or hold people back.

This programme creates a safe, structured space where participants learn about the roots of conflict, develop empathy and listening skills, and practice turning tension into growth.

Using role-play, guided discussions, and reflective exercises, CRCC builds participants’ ability to manage challenges in personal, community, and professional contexts.

The goal isn’t just to resolve disputes, but to help participants become stronger communicators and bridge-builders who can create understanding even in tough situations.

We recognise that some topics can be sensitive or bring up strong emotions, so wellbeing is prioritised throughout. Clear boundaries, confidentiality, and signposting to further support are embedded into every session to ensure that participants are not only learning, but also cared for during the process.
