ABOUT THIS ROLE

Organised volunteer to support BTN’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and project efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support diary management
- Manage digital filing systems
- Prepare briefing notes and templates
- Assist with inboxes and communications
- Track deadlines and actions
- Help coordinate team communications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong organisational/time management skills; Confident with Google Workspace; Professional communicator; Discreet with sensitive info; Self-motivated; Prior admin experience a plus.

SAFEGUARDING & SUPPORT

Guidance on data security and confidentiality; Mentorship and references available; Exposure to internal policies.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
